High School Team Bonding

Ok, so my coaches think that we need a "Cheerleader's Day Out" to bond and get closer as "Sisters", but we can't decide on what to do. It's mostly the captains and co-captains' choice, but we're trying to think of something good. Help!?

Our team is having an ugly christmas sweater party... perhaps building gingerbread houses or going caroling at senior homes would be nice?

We did a team bonding practice, where we played games and we did the human knot. An outing may be like a competition or somewhere fun, like pizza or something. Something that everyone can have fun doing. We take occasional trips to chipotle as a team.

Don't force the bonding. We had team pasta dinners occasionally which were really nice. Or have a practice where we just ordered pizza. Just don't force everyone to do something they don't want to do. :)
