Plus if you've been to the F21 in the Meriden Mall (or just about any F21 I've been to, frankly) it's a complete trash mess. Seriously, half the reason I rarely buy from them anymore (which is a shame, because they've got some cute cheap stuff that if you pick a winner will last for AGES)...is because the stores always look like DUMPS. PLUS- they're organized by 'mood.' I don't shop by mood, I shop by 'Hey, I need a cardigan. Where are the cardigans?'That's crazy! First off, if this isn't a prank, why would forever21 want to use that logo? As previously mentioned (and no offense) nobody outside of the cheer world knows who you are. So who would but it. Are they trying to fool people into thinking its a college? The store's stock changes so darn fast there's a chance it may be off from the website. I'm not sure you have the grounds to sue, because the logo does look altered, lack or words, stripe length, color. I think you are more likely the victim of a practical joke. The stores are so huge that the employees probably couldn't tell if something was just thrown in
thats what i was saying! i would assume they would for college gear but all star gear is just bizarrethey could have bought the licensing rights to collegiate logos. a lot of places do that to make collegiate gear.
I was thinking the same exact thing...It looks like the plain white t-shirt from their website that is $4.50. Someone must have bought it, screen printed on it, then returned it to Forever 21 as a prank or something. I don't think sent to the store like that. All of Forever 21 items are on their website, and Forever 21 is an international chain. They even have a huge Forever 21 in South Korea that I shop at.
LOL! Because they know it is going to fall apart! The pro is the stuff is so cheap that you aren't heartbroken when you have to throw it away a couple months later.I've bought a few things from this store for my niece. First of all, as mentioned, the place is messier than a teenage girl's bedroom on a Saturday night. Piles of unfolded crap everywhere. Second, the two or three times I've bought things for her there they've been very adamant that they don't accept returns AT ALL. They've told me 2 or 3 times and then circle it on the receipt.

The Forever 21s here are becoming XXI Forever and the two stores I have been in have actually been really neat and organized. Looks like they are trying to rip off H&M style of store. The clothes etc. are still junk but at least you can find things.
Really?? We have a Forever 21 here (well know it's XXI Forever) here and its immaculate. Like so clean you can see your reflection in the floor. I've never seen anything look messy or disorganized. And keep in mind this is a two floor enormous space. Ours are organized by style I gauss you could say, like Vintage, Boho, Glam, Sale, Pajamas, etc... And I've never had a problem with quality, their stuff lasts me awhilePlus if you've been to the F21 in the Meriden Mall (or just about any F21 I've been to, frankly) it's a complete trash mess.
