So, I' am trying to wrap my head around how this travel stuff works. From the looks of the website, it seems the travel packages work the same way Worlds does. So, 'splain this to me. You have a random family of 4 with an 8 year old youth 5 CP who wins a full-paid bid to the Summit. Great! So, the full-paid package gets the athlete 4 nights of hotel accommodations in a Quad room at the Disney Allstar Resort. Obviously, the family isn't going to send the CP with a chaperone, she is only 8. Nobody in the family has ever been to Disney before as they live in.... Minnesota. So, obviously they are all going to go. How does this lodging work? Since it is a quad room, does the family have to pass on the CP having lodging that she earned, and pay for a separate room, or b)let their CP stay in the room with teammates, and find another family and rent a room big enough for six, or c)rent the rest of the room at whatever rate the room costs for those 4 nights?

Also, how large is this event supposed to be in comparison to Worlds. I mean, I get that total athletes it may not be as big as Worlds, but when you consider the ages of the athletes involved, and the amount of people potentially travelling with them, will there be enough lodging for everyone? A lot of people let their 14-18 year olds travel without them, but younger than that....
