In top guns 005 music (year of remembrance) when it says all of the fallen jags names does it say Omar?

No, but they hold up a sign that says Omar in the dance

actually, there is Omar's name in the mix. The vo is "He's the reason for our season, we look to him for guidance". He refers to Omar ;)

yes! "Joe, Meagan, Peter, Jackie, Michael, Leslie, Carlos..we love our fallen jags, but this one's for him." The him is referring to Omar, and they hold up the Omar sign on "him", so he's mentioned as well. :)
