What about practices before big competitions like NCA and Worlds? Does the length of practices increase or are they the same time, but just more frequent?

What about practices before big competitions like NCA and Worlds? Does the length of practices increase or are they the same time, but just more frequent?

At stingrays around NCA and Cheersport time our practices went from 2 hours to 3 hours. And probably an extra day of practice during the week. That time of the year is when every team practicing that night has full out parties.
