Trading?

So i live in the UK and i have never really traded before, we dont really do that here very often, but i wondered, whats it all about?

You trade your teams shirts/bows/pins with other teams. Most people trade with others at competitions or sometimes via the post. I've traded one at a comp so far and a few times with people in the US and Europe :) it's a great way of meeting new people as well as getting different gym items :)
