Okay, so this summer I want to set up a daily workout schedule for cheer to train at home. I was thinking of training at least 2 1/2 hours a day. I need ideas on what I should do at home and what I need to train. Can anyone help by telling me what you do and what you use to train for cheer (mostly tumbling) at home? Thank you.
This is what I have so far at home:
A tumbling mat.
A mini trampoline.
A stunt strap.
A cheese mat.
And a big, empty room that I will use for my home gym. :)
