Does practicing at home on a trampoline help or hurt (or neutral) for tumbling skills & jumps? Since it is Summer my daughters have been outside early in the morning / late at night (when it is not too hot) jumping up a storm. They are having a lot of fun. I think it might be helping their jumps, but am a little concerned it might be hurting their tumbling skills (practicing bad technique repeatedly). My oldest has been trying to get her full on the trampoline. It looks like a big mess, but she is having a lot of fun. What are your thoughts?

I think you hit the nail on the head. Practicing bad technique repeatedly causes bad habits that can be hard to break and could lead to injury. Now I believe that tramps can be helpful when practicing good technique because it allows for more repetitions with a lower impact.

Thanks
