cheer related: barely of age flyers that weigh 75 lbs on senior teams. not a new trend, but still annoying. it's so much more impressive when teams are lifting girls (or guys) that are somewhat their size. also, skirts that don't cover anything. why bother wearing a skirt if it doesn't cover your behind?

Pretty sure the only way a punch front is legal in level 3 is if you forward roll out of it?
