Teams that obviously have higher level skills and ability, yet compete at lower levels just so they can win. A.K.A. "Sandbagging".

Cheerleaders giving other cheerleaders shoutouts on instagram/twitter. That and asking for them to begin with. "FOLLOW HER SHE HAS HER DOUBLE & SHE'S PRETTY LOL LOVE YOU GIRL *insert an array of heart emojis here*" I just don't get it?

They're 12+ It's what kids do, lol.

Or when gyms have a level 5 team and they clearly should only be a level 3 or 4 but are level 5 because two kids have fulls.

1) Cheerlebrities (completely ridiculous to see how far this has gone), also the over obsession and scrutinizing of the "big/famous" gyms (CEA, Cheer Athletics, etc)

2) The "Keep calm and ___" pictures and cheer "confessions"

3) The lack of creativity in 90% of routines

4) Everything animal print

These are the "like if your .... " facebookers who have found twitter and are trying to ruin it too!

The most annoying trend for me is a combination of two things.
Fetus flyers trying to be cheerlebrities. Firstly, they'll be girls less than 5 feet tall with like 3 people twice their size basing them, sometimes even with a front spot.
And I'll just be sitting like :cow:
Secondly, they'll be like 10. That's creepy. Why do you want people to follow you?!? Like what cheerheart4life said earlier, they should be careful because there are crazy stalkers out there.

This is why I feel like F5 might be coming out with something unreal. Large Senior hype is EVERYWHERE but F5 has remained pretty quiet. Can't wait to see what's been happening in Glen Burnie while everyone else was getting all the attention.

I just got shivers thinking about it.. Can't wait for the real queens to blow everyone away!

This very quickly went from a thread about annoying new trends to a sounding board for anything and everything that's annoying about the cheer world! Haha, not that I'm complaining because I agree with many of you and it's giving me a good laugh to boot.
