So I broke my back about 5 years ago and I had my standing tuck working on my robhs layouts and after I broke it Ive just been very scared to throw any of my tumbling higher than a running tuck or a simple bhs and my back still isn't healed. I need help with how I can overcome my fear of tumbling and how I can help my back heal like exercises I can do. Please helpppp!
 
Wait till your back is completely healed. As far as the fear goes, youre just gonna need to get over it, get spots, throw them into pits and just build your way back to the floor.
