So I broke my back about 5 years ago and I had my standing tuck working on my robhs layouts and after I broke it Ive just been very scared to throw any of my tumbling higher than a running tuck or a simple bhs and my back still isn't healed. I need help with how I can overcome my fear of tumbling and how I can help my back heal like exercises I can do. Please helpppp!
