All-Star Tumbling Problems!

I'm having major problems with my standing bhs. I used to be able to do them fine i just used to get really dizzy after i did them. but now i can't even throw them with a spot. I can do bhs fine and all and their quick enough to get the power needed and i have no problem with doing them i guess it's just some kind of block. any help on getting over this or throwing them would be amazing i need to get them before i can start working on anything else

For the "Love" of Tumbling has great tips for overcoming mental blocks.
 
just start back on like the tramp and then work your way to the rod floor then mats on spring floor and then finally just the spring floor
Mental blocks take time to get over, it took me 3 months to get over my mental block. Just have patience and work hard.
