Not everyone in those threads do competition updates, however, nearer to big competitions like NCA people will probably get a list going of people who will be attending and tweeting live updates.

If you use the search bar above and type in 'twitter' and check of the thread titles only box multiple threads will come up. Also closer to competitions people will post their twitters in the individual comp threads to let people know they will be updating from there.
