CheerUpdates on Twitter sent a message over to Les asking about the uniform rulings as it wasn't included in the document. Nothing on a reply yet.

I believe Les has said the rules/age grid, etc. would be published on Monday.

I tend to judge people not by their mistakes, but how they react to them. A little slow, but good on the USASF for apologizing.
Just a smidge sooner, A little quicker. Why wait? Needed Worlds to pass?

I agree - This was a little slow, but its never too late for an apology. Apology accepted in my book. To me, actions speak louder than words. If the apology is truly meant, we won't have to worry about this happening again! Great job, USASF. Thank you for the apology and good luck with your upcoming decisions.

I'm glad they finally took action and apologised, but I'm getting a little tired of "I'm sorry you were offended by my actions" rather than "I'm sorry I was offensive and you had every right to be upset". There's a subtle but important difference.

i couldnt help but feel like it was etiquette requirements for dummies because of the wording and primary colours in circles (i know that its the same colours for the logo but still)

i am glad that they apologized even though it should have been done waay sooner and in a more sincere manner

me too! I always tell my kids that a true apology never has the word "you" in it. Just "I'm sorry" and done.

Nevertheless I am glad for the apology! :)

That is because most of them probably feel that what the original said was the correct way. They would rather apologize for others reactions as opposed to how they actually feel. That is why when it was realized it wasn't a shock to me because I remember hearing a few of them on the Doral webcast mention almost exactly what was written in the orginally etiquette thing. These people have felt that way for a while so of course they aren't going to apologize for how they feel but instead of others reactions.

I posted the following in another thread this morning:

We inadvertently took down the Image Policy at the same time the Etiquette document came down for revisions weeks ago. We completed revising the Etiquette document yesterday and reposted it this morning.

We figured that it wouldn't hurt to give the Policy documents a little more attention before reposting it, as well. I SERIOUSLY doubt that even a single word will change when it is re-released, but we learned after the first release in March that you can never be too careful :)

I would NOT count on Les's release of updated Rules to include the Image Policy document. Im not saying it won't, buy we won't force the Image Policy to live by that timeline if we aren't ready to repost.
