Well..... We could talk about crossovers....
Thanks! ... but to be totally PC... Nfinity's primary concern is growing the sport of Cheerleading and increasing the number of participants across the board. We love being at the forefront of the cheer footwear market, but we will sacrifice temporary growth for long-term stability and brighter, stronger industry. Personally I am for crossovers - but with limitations.
Twas a small joke.
I think crossovers are a VITAL part to cheerleading, but with limitations. I am personally for 25% crossover rate of maximum size, no level to level restrictions.
Then if a team chooses to use 5 crossovers to build their team, and someone gets injured last minute and they cannot crossover someone else to fillin... that is a choice they made. It will keep people from filling up all the spots for the JIC situation. As well, if someone is from a small gym and they dont have another similar level to crossover from they are not put in a bind. Yes a level 5 girl can really help out a level 3 team by being last pass, but in the end it would JUST be last pass, and when was the last time you saw a team JUST win because of last pass?
