Disqualification, and I would assume loss of Varsity Family Plan kickback to gym. While we are frustrated with the policy along with everyone else, we follow the rules as much as realistically possible. Those are significant penalties - which is why if someone has found a way to slip through the cracks and avoid stay-to-play, I would urge you not to share that bit of information. They would make an example out of you and your gym pretty quickly I think.

I don’t stay in stay to play hotels, but I travel as a spectator and “friend of the program,” not as a coach, athlete, or parent.

Im not worried about it, because we are no longer there. My daughter had a season ending injury and I’m not sure what our future plans are.
