OT Video Playback System

I'm interested in purchasing a video playback/delay system for our gym but not sure which is the best option or brands to go with. Right now we have a satellite server box that is broadcasting from a camera to a TV in the parents room (just like security cameras do). Only problem is that it doesn't record and the picture isn't always great quality. Any suggestions would be great.
