A. A coach?
B. really in the cheer industry?

Championship jackets are awarded at events by EP's, not teams. Therefore you wouldn't get a championship jacket from SOT, Woodlands, CA, etc.
if your cp is 17' she still has time to participate on a gem and earn one for herself.

Yes, I am pretty sure I am a coach...right now I am working at a small gym...and we are working on getting up to a winning point but have a little bit to go. I know you can't get a champion jacket from those gyms haha maybe I didn't state what I was looking for clearly. We were looking for OLDER champion jackets...they aren't actually for her to wear...we are trying to use them for decoration...also, the big name gym stuff I was looking for was a seperate request... you are right she does have the opportunity to win her own jacket and I will support her until she does..but she doesn't have the opportunity to go to all of these different gyms...we thought it would be fun to make a quilt out of all of her different t shirts but she doesn't have that many...

You can always go to pro shops (such as the Cheer Athletics one) for shirts.
