I'm sure many of you all have washable masks. If anyone you know is starting to complain of a persistent cough, burning eyes, feverish, headaches, and nausea it may be caused by chemical inhalation from your laundry detergent. Warm breath and chemical residue up against your nose is not a good combination. Wash your masks in hot water only and use a steam iron to kill germs or boil.

Dioxane (1,4 Dioxane/ Diethylene Dioxide/ Diethylene Ether/ Dioxan). This laundry additive can cause skin, eye, and lung inflammation.
