With worlds coming up I know things are getting tense, but I love hearing about what makes different organizations special! So why do you love to cheer at your organization? I love coaching at Unique because as a small gym I get to know all of the athletes, and we very supportive families!

I love that we have so much young talent and our gym really tries to help these kids progress!!! We also have alot of really great parents who support our kids! The coaches are amazing and most still tumble so can really help our kids learn!

I love how our gym only practices once a week ( twice for sr5) and lets you participate in other activities because practices are on the weekends. It amazes me how the teams are still competitive in their divisions. Its the coaches and the dedication of the athletes that makes it all work.

Well what I love about my daughters gym (CCE) is the coaches. The coaches from every team seem to be great with the kids. The owner as well is a really nice person. Even though we aren't known as much as some of the ones y'all talk about... Don't mean we won't be one day. They have the ability to be one of the best. However I like the environment and most of the people. Also the location is great for me so that's a plus!

it is so nice when u have a bad day and then u go to practice and everything is better because u love ur team!

The small gym aspect really helps us feel like a ~family~! When I helped coach the tiny's team it was a coach I had on Senior 3 and we were really close, I baby sat for her etc...They've written my letters of recs and lots of helpful things!

1. I love that our gym is huge. It means teams are put together appropriately on level. I love how each team becomes its own little family within a bigger family. There is nothing like having an extra couple hundred people yelling the cheer together at competition. It is big enough to make tons of friends, and at the same time it can be easy to avoid those you are not so fond of :P

2. I love that all the coaches share the same vision. Each coach uses their own style, but the method is the same from one team to the next. The consistency provides a level of trust that is comforting.

3. I love that they train cheerleaders to be good cheerleaders FIRST, and the skills follow. I love that they are not a skill chucking factory.

4. I love that the gym is run like a true business. I never ever worry about where my money is going, ever. I always have the right information in plenty of time. I can't stress how important this is to me.
