What Is A Tension Roll/drop?

I know this thread is crazy old, BUT I just have to thank fierceboard for being amazing as always. I'm on a safety judge course, and tried to find a video of the dang tension roll to get a visual but youtube gave me nothing.. Thank you @NJ Coach for saving my night lol!
