I was taught a waterfall at NCA college camp one year. Flyer stars one foot on the ground, one foot straight out being held by a base. she would do half of a handspring to where she was in a handstand with her legs split, then would come back to the standing position and into a stunt.

I've heard some teams call it a Miami flip. But at my gym we call it a Waterfall!

we call them yo-yos. but only if they come back to squish. if you toss them out after the rotation, its a foldover.
