Read a bunch of the threads before actually posting. Tread lightly once you're allowed to post outside of the newbie section- people can be harsh. Try and do a board search before you ask a question. It will save you time and spare you the sass that runs rampant around here. :)

Virtually every coach either posts, reads or has someone else read info for them. So, it can be a good place to get answers.

When in doubt during a thread, just agree with me and you'll be okay.
