Heres my routines!
#1- Do this routine 2 times every morning!
50 Jumping Jacks
20 Crunches
30 second plank hold
10 Burpees
20 Mountain Climbers
10 Push Ups
#2- Do this every other day to start with and work yourself up to everyday!
50 Jumping Jacks
25 Sit-ups
25 Twisters (in the sit-up position (bent knees, back on the floor), raise up halfway and then twist your upper half from side to side)
30 second plank
20 second side plank (do both sides)(you lay on your side and push up off one hand and have the other resting on your hip)
30 second wall sit
Remember to stretch every day too! I know it doesn't seem like that would help very much but trust me it does. Stretch everything!
