Choreographed movement probably, which starts the clock, and it's pretty obvious with that long a walk in it'll be an infraction so they made it a deduction.

I didn't realize there were deductions for stuff like that but I'm assuming they say that so teams move fast and go on time

That makes sense. USASF probably wants to make sure everyone sticks to a strict time slot so they don't fall too far behind.

it makes sense, the skip SOT does to get on the mat seems to take longer then the typical entrance. i could be wrong though.

but those entrance rules have been in place for three years now? so why havent they gotten a deduction for it in previous years..

Not sure, but I think they might actually be enforcing it more this year, we'll see when the score sheets come out I guess
