I just loved watching Top Gun sprint to Stingrays and get excited with them!!! On the livestream you could see a bunch of top gun athletes hugging and screaming with the steel athletes!! Proud of all of them!

Some of them literally dove off of their podium to celebrate with Steel. They produce some good kids in that program.

Not if you actually do them behind you and not to the side... and stretch both sides.

It cuts down on the likelihood, but they are still not good for your spine when done with the frequency that flyers pull them.

I love how the TG athletes were like screw our medals and our 3rd place pic, let's run and go congratulate Steel. Truly awesome!!

They left for Cheetahs... but I think there are only two Steel alumnus on Cheetah this season?

ETA: I want to clarify that at least one of them didn't leave for Cheetahs. It was more like he started attending college in Texas and super seniored on Cheetahs.

They usually raise he** on twitter when they don't win. I cannot even imagine their sh**storm if they don't move on. Hey, or maybe they'll surprise me, and the program has a new social media policy for worlds. Pretty please? ;)
