These awards are killing me:

1. Say everyone's name.
2. BREAK and wait for them to assemble.
3. Announcement them 1 by 1 so they can walk out.
4. Pre-flight video.
5. BREAK
5. Repeating everything they said in pre-flight video in person.
6. Thank parents.
7. Introduce presenters.
8. Show highlight video.
9. Re-explain how the awards are going to work.
10. Actually start AWARDING THINGS.

You forgot between 5 and 6 give the same speech to seniors as every other award ceremony

In class watching LAG and I don't know how I'm going to contain myself when something happens (good or bad) throughout this division. Hoping for a hit fest for everyone!

(...with my kids it's usually tucked in the front of their warm up waistband with top rolled up. No.)
