what is Top 3 awards mean? and why is it only for a few divisions and not others?

Announcing the top 3 teams. If you read the note at the bottom, the ones listed are the ones that will be televised. All other divisions will have a more detailed schedule posted at some point, but will happen approximately 2 hours after the division ends.

so they are announcing the regular placements first and then waiting an hour to announce top 3?
