We don't have a level 5, so I can't say for sure but I am thinking these Worlds scoresheets are already out a lot earlier than last year's were. Undoubtedly, there has to be time after worlds to gather feedback, discuss changes, and then implement changes and new ideas with the scoresheet. Not to mention that the process is lengthy, I am sure. I think 5 months is enough time for these teams to work on it... ;)
I definitely agree that the score sheets have been released earlier than they were last year. I just think that by the time Worlds comes around the USASF has an idea of the changes they're going to impose for the next season. In my opinion it would be much more professional and efficient to have a set deadline (preferably summer) to release the sheets, not after teams have already finished their routines and have begun competing.
