Is it legal to do the basket load in bit at 55 seconds in level 3. (basically where she dose a half turn on the basket then puts her foot out and then loads back in for a basket)
Thanks
Hi!
Is it legal in level 3 to do a half turn express up (being released below prep and landing at prep level?)
Also is it legal to tick tock with no contact at level 3 if it releases and lands at prep? (I know higher level requires contact from usually a backspot)
Thanks in advance!
Is a full up show and go partner stunt legal? One tosser (behind the stunt, tosses like normal) and a main base with the full up grip. They toss and spin to the top but never stops, comes right back to the ground. Is this legal? I want to say no because it spins to extension level even though it...
Really just a question about aerials....
Based on what I'm reading in the rules, a standing aerial would be illegal because there's no hand contact but if they run into the skill, it would be considered running tumbling and be legal, right? So if a girl does a running stand alone aerial, that...
Hi im just wondering if the below would be legal (sorry I dont have a video but hopefully should make sense)
A person is in extended lib with a prep group just behind them. The prep flyer braces the lib flyers waist (so hand either side) the lib flyer then performs a tic tock.
So the prep...
Hi! We're using level 3 rules for the first time in Sweden, and I'm confused by one thing for standing tumbling. Can someone please give me and example of this (or explain it): "Airborne skills must involve hand support with at least one hand when passing through the inverted position".
My friend was curious if this pass would be legal for level 3!
So it would be round off and in the rebound they half turn, front tuck, forward roll, roundoff tuck.
I hope that made sense haha
What would you consider a standing level 3 specialty pass? I know standing multiple BHS are legal and so are jumps to BHS, but would either of these count towards a specialty pass?
Thanks

At tryouts this year we show them our most impressive running tumbling pass. Is there one I can do that goes backwards the way I came? (does that make sense?) I can include roundoffs, FWO, front handsprings, BHS, BWO and tucks. Is going back across the floor even legal at level 3?
Would a group to group front flip (with a two hand connection to a base on the ground) with a full twist be legal?
another question: I witnessed a team in level 3 compete group to groups but with a connection to a shoulder sit, would that not be illegal?
I know there are threads on here about some absolutely awesome 'not level 5 teams'… because I've posted in them before, but for the life of me I cannot find it! So my apologies if this is a repeat thread! (if anyone can link me to it that would be great thanks!)
Anyways….
I was at Canadian...
Question, is a high to low with one prep level bracer legal (two outside groups executing with center bracing)? We have competed this once already but some part of me thinks its not. I've read and reread the rules and my eyes are now crossed. Any help is appreciated.
I know all our threads are packed with NCA, new uniforms, and where Jenee is moving and why, but
I am hoping someone can help ;).
Our program is developing a Sr Prep level 3 and we are having the worst time with the 2 minute time limit and fitting in all the level 3 skills, and what I have...
