The sidebase should take a step into the stunt and lockout arms over her nose, then maybe dan wouldn't have to bend his arms and knees. May make it a little more solid.

It's not long but there is SO much at once that it makes it seem longer! Dang they are gonna be tired!

I love that ball up then full up immediate stretch so much. I'm surprised I've never really seen that until now.

I like it, I just feel like there are to many stretches. I would make the stretch after the low to high tic a bow and arrow and take the stretch after the quarter turn tic toc out too. Add in a scorp or scale.
