okay so how do they separate the level? everyones one level?

The link below may help you understand how things are split. All of the divisions except for the non-tumbling and non-building are the same "level". BUT I believe that there are more restrictions on things in the Middle School/Junior High division when it comes to stunts and baskets (pretty sure there are no baskets allowed in JH).

It differs from NCA where they have intermediate and advance divisions.

Basically all of the HS teams follow AACCA/NFHS rules when it comes to allowable skills. The only difference being the non stunt teams don't stunt and the non tumble teams don't tumble. But, if you're not in either of those categories, you're all in the same "division" skills wise. If you have one girl with a back handspring or full team standing tucks, you could go up against each other if you're the same size team.
The Small/Med/Large/Super Large is based off the number of people on your team. The Divisions are based on your school's enrollment.
If you have a really good team as far as stunts go, but don't have the tumbling-I'd suggest going non tumbling for nationals.

No baskets of any sort at the MS/JH level. Also no double downs; the most you can do is a 1 1/4 down for and Arabesque....the rest is pretty much the same as HS

Oh look! That's new for this year! In previous years it's only been Levels 1-5. Glad to see they're opening it up to Level 6.

Very interesting, but I still don't think they will get many if any at all level 6 teams.
