Isn't the skill right after the 1 minute mark illegal? (please everyone know I'm not picking on them I'm just confused as to why it didnt get called when I noticed it the first time I watched it)

Bases may not support any weight of a top person while that base is in a backbend or inverted position.
The girl being flipped over is in a handstand, and the 'flier' touches her with her hands making the girl in a handstand a base, making it illegal?
If someone had just done a front punch (no big deal right ;) ) over the girl while a base touched the flipper and the flipper didn't touch the girl in the handstand it would have been legal. Correct?
