I know I was told I need to work on reading comprehension, but seriously some people on this board might wanna take the advice too. Fake full up is better than straight up. But I agree, your opinion is valid! I would love to see a team do 11 toss stunts unassisted.

Of course but then again what team is going to have that? Ha I do wish that large coed steps it up with more true coed stunting!!! Toss Libs, full ups, etc. would be risky and I know you dont have to have it to win, but would be nice.

I have to agree with you and kickdblcj. I wish that safe and simple wouldn't win you worlds.

If only Brandon would go Large Coed and come up with another INSANE stunt. I'm honestly surprised that Top Gun doesn't do major coed stunts with all they guys that they have! Its just dissapointing. I have hope for the division though. Its still fairly early in the season!
 
I'm in a minority that prefers to see clean and simple instead of hard and messy, which seems to be the philosophy of 99.9% of gyms these days. (Not talking about Brandon here, since a couple posts have been about them, their stunting is at least decently clean)
It's almost impossible to create something unique in partner stunts. Props to Brandon for being able to do it every year, but that's not where Top Gun flourishes. Their pyramids and their creative tumbling is where they do, so I think their stunt this year is a lot more enjoyable (even with straight ups, which btw are no longer straight ups) than for example Coed Elite or ACE with 9 groups doing stunts that I've seen J5 teams pull off more successfully.

Todays TG LGC is not the same TG of 2010. I think that a lot of teams have babies on the team and in a couple of years, after they grow a little will be killer. Take CEA for example, they have soooo much talent on their younger level 5 teams. When those kids finally age into the senior division they will be a force to be reckoned with.

Call me crazy but I think that if a team is gonna win worlds then they should be able to do difficult things in a clean way.

Oh I am so excited to see what the yooung athletes will be doing in a couple years!! Cali's J5, CEA, Stingrays, Ace, World Cup, etc. all have amazing junior and youth athletes! No doubt that they will get even better as they get older. And I have noticed the younger athletes on the senior teams. I don't like it too much, but if they have the talent, of course put them on!!

Im more impressed by regular sized athletes doing hard stunts than little babies doing hard stunts.
