I think they do different versions of that every year. in real life i think (?) that Fca has something to do with the gymnastics complex ther are (or were) attached to Flo's gymnastics (or something like that)

I was told it stood for Flo's Cheer Academy but that was years ago.

I dont really know. but i like that they do differnt versions of that in their mixes. FCAs mixes are usually some of my favourites.

The beginning of practice was great, but by full out time coaches were getting a little irritated and it got harder. Our last full out was the video were sending to get music! Excited. Cam said that particular full out gave him chills so I'm hoping for good music :p
