Sam Houston St appears to have flyers in crop tops and everyone else in full tops? Weird.

Reminds me of a STUNT team, they have the flyers tuck the bottoms of their jerseys into their sports bra.

This is the only time I'll ever root for Mizzou...and it's only because one of my best friends cheers for them. #rockchalk

And speaking of KU, I'm glad they were able to take some stunt groups down to NCA considering they had to miss UCA nationals for a basketball game this year!

I know that supporting other athletic teams is a cheer team's first priority, but..... really? For NATIONALS? Please don't tell me it was a home game.

It seems intense but KU basketball is basically a religion up here. I believe it was a home game but I might be mistaken. I know it was talked about it a couple of threads a while back!

My dad is KU alum and I will be too ( for grad school, god-willing). We have season tickets to the games and bleed crimson and blue. KU fans are crazier than the teal army...and I'm a proud card carrying member of both

I have no intentions to go to mizzou and am not nearly as crazy of a fan as a lot of people in town, but I love to see them do well at nationals. And with the talent they have this year it would be a shame for them not to get to finals!

That said, all of us Alums were not happy that the decision was made by administration to forego UCA Natls for a home bball game against OSU (who was thought to be good this year and ended up being a bust)

I would have been so upset! Football is king here in SC and while it's not a game, NCA always overlaps with our spring game. It's a decently big deal, this year it is being broadcast on ESPNU. The cheerleaders who don't make mat stay home and cheer that game. It ends up being enough to make a full squad between the coed and all girl alternates. (they take a couple to Daytona in case of injuries) Stunts are limited but they are still present and active at the game. I wish they could have done something like that!

Exactly, there was still a squad to stay back and cheer. The admin wanted the "good kids" to cheer the game lol. Jerks
