It's not a routine video but this is a short doco about the first team our gym took to NCA that I thought people might enjoy. It gives a bit of an insight on the competition from an international perspective :)

Since all of the parents are eager to get access to the parent section, just take the 18+ crowd that doesn't have access there.

Has SOT ever fielded a LAG? I was just watching a video of A-Team from Worlds and would LIVE to see them in Large All-Girl

Yes they were Large all girl for years back in early 2000s. They competed against Panthers, World Cup and Gym Tyme all the time
