Question: Is there any truth to the rumor that Rockstar Raleigh is closing and Maroon 5 won't exist anymore? I saw that the Beatles account tweeted that they might be small next season (wonder why...) but nothing official to confirm the closing of the other gym. Please nobody mark me with gossip haha I was just curious if anyone else had heard something official.

Both Open and International 5 are 14 and up based on the calendar age they compete in.

There's no such thing as open senior 5 (in recent years at least), it's one or the other

Stingray AllStars Tampa is fielding an international open coed level 4 team. Ages 14+ Tryout is May 19th 3-6pm and video submissions to [email protected] are due by May 18. Please let your friends and teammates know about this!

I don't understand how gyms announce teams/divisions before their tryouts. We never know exactly what teams we will have until we see everyone and see who all is interested.

I don't remember if it was the official gym or team page but someone asked about maroon 5 also being small coed. They stated the team nor gym existed anymore.

Have we heard anything about the top teams from Canada? Any Canada posters on the boards have insight?

I'll keep my eyes open. I didn't know that there was a division being added.
I know Cheerforce is hosing GG"s tryouts tonight. But to @BlueCat 's point: unlikely that the division they intend to compete will be announced at tryouts...

Is there still a cap of 24 athletes for the Open division? I guess if there is a size difference in the teams, it would have an impact on how many athletes they field & they would have to have a better idea heading into tryouts. Also, in the past spring tryouts are a tryout for the summer team, and the team is further cut down after summer training heading into the season.

Interesting twist thats forsure. I am assuming it is the same for both coed & all girl? How about level 6?
