I haven't thrown any kind of tumbling (intentionally, anyway...hehe) since about 1994. :cheering:
The only thing I can throw when I try and tumble again is my back....out! :-(

It is possible for a three year old to do it. My cousin was doing them plus kiara knowlin was doing RO BHS at the age of like 3.I would hate to offend anyone here, but nevertheless I have the feeling I will. Children aren't even supposed to start bridging until they're five. The reason she can't do it is because her little arms aren't physically at the point where she can hold herself up. It's likely her arms aren't even that much longer than her head. I've never seen a three year old be able to do a BWO much less a BHS. Her little bones are still developing and any time she lands on her hear or back could be causing serious damage
