If you turn Private Browsing on in Safari on your iPhone you can vote as many times as you want. Just make sure that you close down Safari and then just open it again. So you can vote, click the home button to go back to your home screen, double click your home button and press the red minus sign on Safari to shut it down and then press the home button to go back to your home screen again and just open Safari and it will be open to the voting page ready to go :D I would really appreciate it!
