Adding Rhinestones For Cheer

HI, I'm trying to bedazzle some Cheer bags, and bows etc i'm using the hot fix rhinestones but I can't find an applicator that works well. Or maybe i'm not doing it well. Any suggestions! please help******

i used tulip glam it up...it comes with rinestones and a heat tool ..it is awesome! highly recommended!
