Let the girls set their own goals for the season. Then they will work for them self, not the coach

We already have a system like that I'm talking about showing the girls we are good enough to place high at competitions..it's been a rebuilding yr the past few yrs and they have so much potential yet don't believe in themselves.

I agree, don't get your hopes to high...where there are women, there is drama! Oh when will we build each other up vs ripping each other down
