Cheer Prince/Princess, and you are correct about the meaning !
3 Full Paid, 9 At large I believe.

Every post is in a thread because a string of posts is called a thread.
You ask questions by posting in threads; just make it an appropriate thread.
The threads are grouped in various forums like All Star, colleges, parents, coaches, etc.
