Kids Spot Cheer (KSC) located in Roscoe, IL is a great family community north of Rockford and within close distance to Chicago. KSC has over 126 cheerleaders in Levels 1-5 with a strong coaching staff. We are looking to fill a management position as a cheer coach/director who is looking for a place for exceptional career growth. If you understand the world of business & cheer then this is the position for YOU! This position requires you to work well with numbers, quotes, and budgets. You must have the ability to coach all levels while working with the public. Our cheer program understands the value of community & developing our athletes into leaders of tomorrow. As the KSC Director you will be responsible for the overall recruitment, training, marketing, & lesson planning of the program.
