OT Apple Care Plus

Ok so last night I dropped my iPhone 4S in the WaHo parking lot and cracked the screen. I have the apple care plus insurance on it, but I don't know if it covers glass... Does anyone know? And if it doesn't, does anyone know where I can get my front glass replaced for cheap? Thanks =)

If there's an apple store near you take it there. They should be able to repair of replace it for you. As long as they can verify your account. Good luck. Accidents happen to all of us.

AppleCare Plus covers basically everything! Head into an apple store and they'll probably just replace your phone. I think their might be a $99 fee, I'm not sure.

It does! I literally smashed my screen a few weeks ago in the car door-- to the point where shards of glass were flaking off. The phone was completely unusable because of it. Got a replacement iPhone 5 for $50 with Apple Care.

I dont think they'll give you a free one cause it's "accidental." I broke my screen and they wouldn't. There's a kiosk at the mall that replaced my screen for 90 bucks

AppleCare+ will give you a new one for $50. It covers accidents. The old AppleCare (not plus) didn't cover accidents. It's also less expensive than the new AppleCare+

Weird when my dad dropped his 4 last year the back panel got scratches everywhere and cracked and they just replaced it for him for free and that's just with the one year coverage
