Are Inverted Basket Tosses Legal In High School Now?

I've been reading this article on high school cheerleading rules and I think that flipping basket tosses (such as X-out fulls and back tuck tosses) as well as rewinds are legal in high school now but I may be wrong. I do know thast 2 1/2 high pyramids are still illegal in high school, however. Could somebody clarify this, please? Thanks! :)

They cannot. They can't even do a kick double much less a back tuck or full

I am pretty sure they mean 'twist' when they say full. So X-out twist. Rewinds must be braced on both sides in, at the least, backless preps. By tuck they probably mean ball-up (kind of like the tuck jump).

Rewinds require the bracing preps to have backspots per the AACCA rule.

Any high school squad is to follow all NFHS, AACCA rules above any competitions rules that are set. So if the competition allows it, but you are a high school squad then you still aren't allowed to do it. This is why it's so hard for a hs stunt group to compete against all star stunt groups at a competition, what is allowed for each team is on totally different playing fields.
