The run the risk of not qualifying for the Olympics this Worlds. (Top 8 automatically qualify for Rio, teams 9-16 have to attend a test event later this year.) Even Iordache had a rough outing. Hopefully she pulls it together for the AA.
Cata Ponor got injured and I think they forgot to develop any sort of a backup plan.

I don't think they're going to make the team final. Russia, China, and the US haven't competed yet and the Romanians are already behind Canada and Japan.

I don't even know how to act. They are currently in 5th with 16 freakin countries left to go. The same Romania that has medaled in every Olympics since 1976. The had like the whole team come off of bars.
I hope it's just a bad day??? I don't know.

They're now in 7th with 14 teams left. (Including US and China). Looks like they're headed to the test event in April. Wonder if Ponor could be back by then?

Romania is currently sitting in 7th with China and U.S.A. to go tomorrow... yeah, they'll have to start booking their flights for the Olympic Test event.

I wish I could not "adult" during events like this. Work gets in the way of everything. I mean cmon, Kids can teach themselves right? Ugh.
Trying to play catchup now. Caught the tail end of Russia. Saw komova stay on beam so that was nice. Watching GB now. Not a fan of their leos.
And I'm sad about Romania. That sucks to completely crash and burn at this event.
