[Ohio State Cheer Coach]

Instructs 64 co-ed athletes in fundamentals of cheerleading; coaches technique, teaches tumbling/gymnastics in preparation for games, performances, appearances and national competitions. Assists in selection of team members and recruiting activities in compliance with conference, NCAA, and OSU rules and regulations; assists the head coach in the coordination of administrative areas of program management including, but not limited to, scheduling of competitions and practices, travel plans, equipment; collaborates with numerous areas of the athletic department and other campus entities; monitors academic progress of student athletes; audits information from academic support services, ensures compliance with conference, NCAA, and University rules and regulations; acts as an ambassador of the University; designs and implements donor relations and stewardship activities.
