What are some stretches that i could do to gain back flexibility? I need it to help better my tumbling...
 
Just do Bridges everyday, after about a month, you'll see a huge difference :)
 
Seal stretchess! I loveeee those!
And yes bridges, bridges, bridges! Try to make your legs staright out in a bridge too! It helps. :)
