I am in desperate need of help! I know how to go into my BHS, but i keep on bending my back way to much! I wanted to know if there is any exercises that i could do to help me with my spaghetti back issue! :oops:

I would work on strengthening your abs and back. You can do hollow holds, crunches, planks, lemon squeezes, etc. for your abs and opposite sit-ups, arch ups, etc. for your back.
